Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Therapy Outpatients team at Aintree Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
*OT Assessments.
*Assess and provision of necessary equipment.
*Discharge planning.
*Attend board rounds to collaborate on patient care.
*Potential for weekend cover if unable to cover from substantial staffing.
Requirements:
*Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
*HCPC Registered.
*Experience in an acute surgery setting.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Commitment to patient-centred care.
*Supportive work environment.
