Psychology Graduate TA:
Location - Stockport (SK8)
Pay - £475-£550 per week, depending on experience
Start Date - 09/03/2026, or ASAP
Contract Type - Temp to Perm
Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to pursue a career in education? We are currently working with a large SEN provision to recruit for Learning Support Assistants on a temp to perm basis.
Role Responsibilities:
*Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups to encourage academic and emotional development
*Build rapport with students, parents and other staff members
*Prepare and implement learning resources alongside the class teacher
Role Requirements:
*A recent degree or masters in Psychology
*Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
*Previous experience supporting complex needs is desired but not essential
To Be Eligible You Must:
*Hold the Right to Work in the UK
*Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)
*Be able to provide two professional child-related references
