Job Description:
ENRA is a highly profitable specialist property finance group which has achieved consistent growth, driven by a strong management, a diversified product base, and clear focus on maintaining a strong balance sheet.
The finance team of 17 is currently organized on a product basis with dedicated teams responsible for Short Term lending, Term lending, Broking, FP&A and Group functions.
A new opportunity has arisen for a FinOps Officer to join the Term Lending finance team, reporting to the head of that team. They will work in the team to assist with the daily processes and reconciliations of Term Products lending, which comprise first and second charge mortgages, and which is a core and rapidly growing product line for the Group.
Key Accountabilities*Daily bank reconciliations and sweeps – responsible for reconciling multiple bank accounts to the core loan servicing system, investigating discrepancies and sweeping funds between bank accounts as appropriate

*Processing daily payments for loan completions and broker commission payments.

*Maintain and update daily control schedules.

*Managing payment bounce-back and other payment related queries.

*Assist with other financial reconciliations and control tasks.

*Assist with the production of monthly management information packs and reports for business heads and directors

*Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Skills & Competencies*High quality written and verbal communication.

*Experience of accounting, transaction processing and bank reconciliations.

Solid IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge & Qualifications*Sound understanding of accounting fundamentals.

*Understanding of financial controls

*Studying or aiming to study AAT or similar.
