Teaching Assistant (Primary & Secondary) – Lincolnshire – LAAT SchoolsLocations: Stickney, Spalding, Bourne (Lincolnshire)
Contract: Flexible supply, short-term, and long-term roles available
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing
Pay: £85–£95 per day (depending on experience & role)
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people in the classroom? The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT) is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Stickney, Spalding, and Bourne.
Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to move into education, we would love to hear from you.
About the RoleYou will:
*Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
*Work with groups or 1:1 to help pupils progress
*Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and behaviour management
*Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
*Adapt to the needs of different age groups (Primary KS1/KS2 & Secondary KS3/KS4)
