Job Description:
Adele Carr recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an exciting business based in the North of Liverpool. You will play a key part in supporting the daily operations of a busy office environment. The role offers exposure to customer service, operations administration, and commercial processes, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling incoming calls and emails, responding to general enquiries
*Assisting with booking administration and updating internal systems
*Supporting the preparation and processing of documentation
*Checking and maintaining accurate records
*Assisting with billing administration and sourcing required information
*Filing, scanning and managing company documents
*Opening and distributing post
*Supporting managers with general administrative tasks as required
*Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
*Assisting with resolving basic customer queries or escalating where appropriate
*Supporting online and marketing administrative tasks where needed
What We’re Looking For
*Some previous administrative experience (office-based preferred)
*Confident communication skills - both written and verbal
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems, data entry)
*Organised, proactive and willing to learn
*A positive attitude and strong work ethic
