Job Description:
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal - Bristol
This opportunity for a commercial real estate paralegal is with a leading real estate team in their Bristol office. The team deals all aspects of estate management work such a property investment, large development companies, banks, pension funds, private investors and retail funds.
The Role:
*Dealing with licences to assign and licences for alterations
*Drafting deeds of variation and deeds of easement
*Preparing sale contracts and transfers for conveyancing matters
*Reviewing leases
*Ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations
Your Experience:
*You must have experience in real estate transactions
*Experience in dealing with large workload is paramount.
