Job Title: Junior Finance & Office Assistant
Location:Brighouse
Job Type: Temporary (with potential for extension)
Working Hours: Full-time (flexible hours considered)
The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Junior Finance & Office Assistant to join a growing business based in Brighouse on an initial temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their early finance experience within a supportive and busy environment.
The role will support both the finance function and wider office operations, playing a key part in ensuring smooth day to day administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities*Raising and processing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
*Processing and reviewing timesheets, ensuring accuracy before payroll/invoicing submission
*Assisting with general finance administration duties
*Maintaining and updating financial records and spreadsheets
*Supporting with purchase and sales ledger administration
*Handling email and telephone queries from customers and internal staff
*Filing, scanning and general office administrative support
*Assisting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
About You*Previous experience within an office or finance based role
*Confident using Microsoft Excel and general MS Office systems
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
*Positive, proactive and willing to learn
*Strong communication skills
