We are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Product Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key duties will include but are not limited to:
*Leading Sales, Technical Product Managers and Engineering team members.
*Conducting research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
*Analysing the competition, and market trends and execute on strategies to be the market leader
*Setting and communicating the product vision
*Defining and driving the product roadmap
*Partnering closely with Engineering
*Leading the development of value propositions and sales tools
*Partnering with Product Marketing on external messaging
*Training all customer facing employees
*Monitoring and informing about shifting regulatory requirements
The successful candidate will have:
*Experience of order-to-cash automation, e-invoicing and systems integration via EDI in European markets and related modern technologies.
*Minimum of 4 years product management experience or equivalent internal experience with technology, customer engagement, communication, requirements gathering and documenting.
*Deep domain expertise in electronic invoicing in the public and private sectors in Europe and regarding Peppol.
*Demonstrated commitment to learning about AI through your own initiatives, including courses, books and side projects.
*experience with blended delivery models (in source, outsource, partnered).
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong business acumen and customer presence
*Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
