Leading Hot Tub and Swim Spa Retailer – Norwich
Salary: £12.71 per hour with an uplift applied following a successful internal review
Hours: Saturday and Sunday 10am - 4pm
Training: Full product training provided
About the Role
This is a face to face sales position working with customers who are exploring hot tubs and swim spas for their homes and gardens. You will be the first point of contact within the showroom and will guide customers through the full sales process from initial conversation through to choosing the right product for their needs.
Full training is provided so you do not need previous experience in this sector. What matters is confidence, people skills and the ability to understand customer requirements and build trust.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a friendly and professional service

• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable models

• Demonstrating product features and explaining benefits clearly and confidently

• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to order

• Maintaining a tidy and visually appealing showroom environment

• Following up on warm leads and customer enquiries

• Keeping accurate records of interactions and sales activity

• Building long lasting customer relationships through exceptional service

• Confident and engaging communication style

• Ability to learn technical product details through training
