Finance Legal PA needed for exceptional firm!
Salary: up to £55,000
Location: Liverpool Street
Hybrid: 2 days from home

Are you a sharp, proactive and unflappable Legal PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment? One of the world’s most respected law firms is looking for an exceptional PA to support a range of fee earners including the Head of Department.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Owning complex diaries, meetings, travel and logistics for senior partners, anticipating needs before they arise.
*Coordinating high-volume matters, closings, billing cycles and WIP management.
*Preparing polished documents, pitches and presentations.
*Managing inboxes, running BD activities, tracking client relationships and supporting practice development.
*Acting as the team’s operational anchor ensuring processes run smoothly, deadlines are met and communication flows seamlessly.
What They’re Looking For
*A highly capable PA used to supporting senior, high-profile individuals in a partnership environment.
*Strong technical skills (advanced Word, Outlook and confident with Excel and PowerPoint).
*Someone commercially savvy, detail-obsessed, and brilliant under pressure.
*A natural relationship-builder who communicates confidently at all levels.
*A proactive, solutions-led operator who stays three steps ahead.
*Experience in Finance, Corporate or Commercial beneficial
