Job Description:
Elevation Senior Finance are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Manager for a successful business based in Doncaster that has a national presence.
Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be working as part of the financial control team.
This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across financial control, regulatory reporting, statutory accounts and funding, working closely with FP&A, Finance Change, Treasury and Operations.
Responsibilities:
*Owning monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
*Preparing and reviewing journals and balance sheet reconciliations
*Delivering regulatory reporting
*Supporting statutory accounts and internal/external audits
*Managing the loan book funding process and liaising with Treasury
*Acting as the key finance contact for FP&A and Operations
*Driving process improvement across financial control and reporting
Key skills / qualifications:
*Qualified accountant (2–3 years PQE or equivalent)
*Strong financial accounting and month-end experience
*Financial Services background, ideally with regulatory reporting exposure
*Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
*Advanced Excel skills and strong data handling capability
*SAP experience preferred
