Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced property organisation managing a large, vibrant residential community with a diverse mix of homes, public spaces, and ongoing improvement projects. You will play a vital role in keeping a busy, multi-building estate safe, compliant, and operating at the highest standards.
In this hands-on role, you will support the Health and Safety Manager across all areas of safety, fire compliance, and regulatory reporting. You will gain exposure to complex safety cases, high-profile remediation work, and a wide variety of operational challenges that will help you grow your skills and accelerate your career.

Your Responsibilities:
*Support the Health and Safety Manager on all site health and safety matters including fire, compliance, and operational risk
*Assist with duties relating to the Building Safety Act including Mandatory Occurrence Reporting and gathering evidence for building safety documentation
*Record and submit safety notifications within required timelines and ensure life safety system failures are properly captured
*Monitor statutory servicing, inspections, and maintenance to help keep the estate fully compliant
*Support audits, inspections, incident investigations, and accurate record keeping
*Use the internal compliance system to track actions, highlight risks, and maintain up to date compliance status
*Work closely with internal teams, safety specialists, and external authorities
*Provide guidance to colleagues and promote a positive, safe working culture across the community
Your Requirements:*Experience working in health and safety or compliance within property, housing, facilities, or a similar environment
*Understanding of safety management systems and statutory compliance principles
*Working knowledge of fire safety and regulatory requirements
*Confident communicating with contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical information
*Computer literate with good organisational and presentation skills
*Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting
