Sales Executive
Location: London / Strood, Kent / Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
We are working with a well-established and growing fire & security specialist seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to focus on securing new maintenance contracts and developing long-term client partnerships.
This is a field-based role with regular client meetings across London, supported by time in the Strood (Kent) office and home working flexibility. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving recurring revenue growth through service and maintenance agreements.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and secure new fire & security maintenance contract opportunities
*Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and site visits
*Conduct site surveys to assess maintenance requirements
*Prepare accurate, competitive service proposals and quotations
*Develop and retain existing client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities
*Maintain an organised and active sales pipeline
*Work closely with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding
*Ensure proposals meet relevant compliance and industry standards
*Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reporting
*Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
Essential Skillset
*Proven experience in fire & security sales (maintenance sales highly desirable)
*Target-driven with a strong closing ability
*Ability to interpret technical information and deliver compliant solutions
*Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Package
*£50,000 – £65,000 basic salary (higher level for candidates with security sales experience)
*Uncapped commission structure
