What will you do?
*You will manage your own full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
*New build transactions
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
*Continue to develop the conveyancing department through business development
Experience:
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
*5 years’ PQE +
*Strong technical ability across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
*Confidence to work independently and lead within a team
