RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, well-established company based near to Southport, West Lancashire who are looking for a stand-alone Payroll Manager to join their team.
Sitting within the finance department and reporting to the Finance Director, this stand-alone Payroll Manager will be responsible for processing the end-to-end payroll for the weekly and monthly employees.
Duties include:
*Managing end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll
*Process new starters/leavers, salary changes, absences etc.
*Submit RTI returns to HMRC
*Manage payroll inbox and deal with any employee payroll queries
*Payroll reporting as required
*Continual system and process improvements
This stand-alone Payroll Manager role is suited to someone who is used to working with autonomy and would be ideal for someone who is looking to bring their knowledge and experience into a new business to help improve payroll efficiencies.
