Contracts Manager Up to £70,000 | Reading (2 days in office) | SaaS | Full Time Perm Contract
A growing SaaS technology business is looking for a commercially minded Contracts Manager to own and manage the full contract lifecycle across customer and supplier agreements.
This role would suit someone with:
* Contract management experience in tech/SaaS; or

* An in-house commercial legal background; or

* A Paralegal / Senior Contracts Specialist background within a SaaS business.

What you’ll be doing * Reviewing and negotiating MSAs, DPAs, SLAs and SaaS subscription agreements

* Managing B2B enterprise contracts (UK/EU)

* Identifying and advising on commercial and legal risk

* Owning the contract repository, renewals and obligations tracking

* Supporting GDPR and data governance compliance

* Partnering with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Legal

What we’re looking for * 5-8+ years’ relevant experience

* Strong SaaS contract knowledge

* Confident B2B negotiator

* Commercially pragmatic with sound risk judgement

* Able to manage multiple agreements simultaneously

Package * Salary up to £70,000
