What You Will Do:


- Assess material demand in line with production plans and stock policies, issuing purchase and call-off orders accordingly.
- Review and manage order confirmations, ensuring all purchase orders are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor material availability, expedite supply where necessary, and propose solutions to address potential shortfalls.
- Oversee daily administration of material despatch notifications, ensuring SAP order balances are accurate and up to date.
- Track and report supplier performance, focusing on on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Support inventory checks, validate stock accuracy, and resolve material-related invoice queries promptly.


What You Will Bring:


- Proficiency in SAP and strong knowledge of material management systems.
- Organisational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt and contribute to improvements.
