Recruitment Consultant – Career Change Opportunity(Customer Service & Hospitality Backgrounds - encouraged)

Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £40,000–£45,000 Year One , £70,000+ Year Two
Currently working in customer service, hospitality, or a call centre and ready for a career with better earning potential and progression?
We’re working with a well-established Recruitment firm that has a strong track record of hiring people from customer-facing backgrounds and training them into successful Recruitment Consultants.

The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process, including:
*Speaking with candidates and clients daily by phone and video
*Sourcing and matching candidates to live vacancies
*Managing interview processes and feedback
*Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
*Negotiating offers and closing placements
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role, similar in intensity to busy hospitality or call-centre environments, but with clear progression and uncapped commission.
About You*Experience in customer service, hospitality, call centres, airlines, hotels, retail, or restaurants
*Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
*Resilient, driven, and comfortable working to targets
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
*Motivated by progression and earning potential
No recruitment experience is required. Full training is provided.
