With our Rochdale based Client Recruitment Solutions are looking to appoint an Operational PA.
Established for over 20 years our Client is a multiple award winning Supply / Demand Chain Giant.
WHAT YOU WILL GET AS THE OPERATIONAL PA
You will get the freedom and autonomy to plan and manage your own workloads and to impact on the planning of the Operations Director.
*Annual Salary of c £35,000
*On site car parking
*Monday to Friday - hours can be adapted
*20 Days Hols PLUS Bank Hols
*On site Kitchen and Refreshment Facilities
*Annual Salary Review and Performance based Appraisal
THE ROLE OF THE OPERATIONAL PA
Our Client is looking for traditional working practices of Office based Operational PA support from a ’can do’ ’will do’ flexible character.
Reporting to and working for an Operational Director we are looking for a character who will take the time to understand the pressures associated with being an Operations Director of a large Group and then work to support and ease those pressures.
The role / tasks will be cross functional from typical PA tasks which will include Meeting Management and Diary Planning through to Operational and Performance Support - Project Coordination and Reporting.
You will need strong Excel skills to facilitate Reports / Analysis and Project Control.
