Job Description:
Ecommerce Manager - Bournemouth - Up to 55k + Bonus-Hybrid
We are seeking a commercially driven Ecommerce Manager with at least 3 years’ experience managing multiple Shopify storefronts. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with full ownership of D2C performance across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
*Own and execute ecommerce strategy to drive revenue, CVR, and AOV growth
*Lead customer journey optimisation and structured CRO testing
*Own CRM & lifecycle marketing strategy - strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo is essential
*Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
*Oversee email marketing, retention, and remarketing performance
*Deliver best-in-class technical and on-page SEO
Experience:
*Experience managing ecommerce across Benelux, Germany, and the Nordics Highly desirable but not essential
*Strong understanding of localisation, VAT, cross-border shipping, currency, and payments
*Ability to optimise regional storefront performance
*Occasional international travel required

*Strong CRM and Klaviyo expertise
*Data-driven, commercially focused mindset
