A Japanese Manufacturer is currently recruiting a Japanese speaking Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to work in their London office.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the manager and overseeing daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Understanding of Japanese culture and business level of Japanese skill is essential.

Office Administrator / Personal Assistant Main Responsibilities:
*Provide high-level administrative support to the manager
*Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
*Act as a liaison between the manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
*Manage employee expense reports, including reviewing, processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies
*Assist with tax-related administrative tasks, such as preparing documentation, coordinating with external accountants, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
*Expense Report Assistance (Assistance with bank settlement of invoices and receipts)


Office Administrator / Personal Assistant Ideal Candidate:
*Experience in administrative roles, general affairs, or accounting is essential
*Experience working for Japanese companies or multinational corporations is preferred
*Basic understanding of UK accounting and employment systems are advantageous
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Good communication and organizational skills
*Ability to work independently and in a team
*Business level fluency in both English and Japanese
