Are you a Contentious Probate Solicitor (2+ years PQE) looking to take the next step in your career? Join a highly respected regional law firm with an expanding Contentious Probate team handling high-value disputes for a broad client base, including both medium and high-net-worth individuals.
The Role:
As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will:
*Handle a varied caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including:
­ Inheritance Act claims
­ Will disputes and challenges
­ Executor, beneficiary and trustee disputes
­ Trust litigation
*Assist the Partner with complex, high-value cases
*Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation and settlement negotiations
*Collaborate closely with an experienced team, offering expert legal support
About You:
*2+ years PQE in Contentious Probate or Litigation with probate elements
*Strong understanding of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
*Excellent negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution skills
*Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
