We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Pitch Specialist.
This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the pitch teams in London and the Middle East to pursue new and current business opportunities.
Responsibilities will include:
*Taking ownership of pitch opportunities ensuring they are properly executed.
*Collaborating with Partners to create persuasive and visually attractive content engaging stakeholders internationally.
*Gathering information from databases and your understanding of business to prepare materials for meetings.
*Logging work efficiently and updating pitching documents to ensure all information is relevant and up to date.
*Managing tight deadlines and expectations.
*Prioritising and evaluating projects.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior pitching experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, relationship building, communication, and organisation skills.
