About the role
Are you a detail-driven Paralegal with a passion for property law? Our client, a highly regarded legal practice in Manchester, is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team.
In this exciting role, you’ll work on a varied caseload including:
* Sales and purchases
* Leasehold and freehold transactions
* Remortgages
* Equity release
* Joint ownership matters
* Landlord and tenant work
You’ll be part of a close-knit team where your expertise and initiative will be valued every day.
About You
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months’ experience in Residential Property Law, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding client service.
