A leading FMCG distribution business is hiring an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join their small but friendly team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing customer service team in a fast-paced environment, driving service quality, performance and customer experience.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Services Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and contributing to the success of the team. This role is central to maintaining and developing further our client’s reputation for outstanding customer service, supporting both clients and colleagues across the business.

You will act as a trusted point of contact for customer and administrative support, confidently handling complex queries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. To succeed, you will need a passion for learning about their products and services, the ability to remain solutions-oriented under pressure, and the drive to continuously improve processes working with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle all incoming customer queries, issues and requests via phone and email
*Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries professionally, and in a timely manner
*Troubleshoot and provide support to customers
*Investigate and resolve customer dissatisfaction and escalate where appropriate
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
*Support continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance services
*Stay up to date with company products, services and compliance policies
About you:

Please note, we are only looking for Customer services experience in FMCG - food distribution or logistics background is essential for this role.
