Senior Product Manager

Operating at the forefront of SaaS-based communications and AI-enabled customer engagement, the organisation delivers highly scalable solutions used by major enterprises to manage complex customer interactions across multiple digital channels.
With continued investment in platform innovation, automation and Generative AI capabilities, the business is expanding its product leadership team and is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to support the evolution of its enterprise CX platform.
The Role
This position sits within a modern Agile product development environment and carries responsibility for driving the delivery and evolution of key components within the company’s cloud-based CX platform.
The successful candidate will operate as Product Owner within Agile delivery teams, managing product backlog priorities, guiding development direction and ensuring product releases align with commercial strategy and customer requirements.
Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Solution Consultants, Project Management and Marketing teams, the Senior Product Manager will play a key role in translating market requirements into scalable product functionality across a sophisticated SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities.
Product Ownership & Delivery
• Fulfil the Product Owner role within Agile product development sprints
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in alignment with business objectives
• Define and refine product requirements and design decisions
• Ensure delivery commitments are achieved within sprint cycles
• Manage competing customer priorities and resolve escalation points where required
Product Strategy & Commercial Alignment
• Ensure product development aligns with the wider business and commercial strategy
• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of the quarterly product roadmap
• Support the successful adoption of new features and product enhancements across the customer base
• Balance technical delivery with commercial priorities and customer value
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Provide product expertise to Sales and Solution Consultants to support bids and technical discussions
• Work with Engineering teams to prioritise enhancements and defect resolution
• Support Project Management teams with product delivery timelines
• Partner with Marketing to ensure clear communication of product developments to customers
Customer Engagement
• Deliver regular product update webinars
• Lead quarterly product roadmap briefings
• Facilitate customer user forums and feedback sessions
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather product insight and inform development priorities
Experience & Background
• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5+ years’ experience in Product Management within a technology environment
• Strong Agile delivery experience, ideally operating as Product Owner
• Experience within telecommunications, cloud communications or contact centre technology
• Knowledge of Agile tools such as JIRA
• Strong commercial awareness and decision-making capability
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
Profile
The successful individual will bring a structured and commercially aware approach to product management, balancing strategic product thinking with hands-on delivery within Agile engineering environments. They will be comfortable operating within cross-functional teams and contributing to the development of scalable enterprise technology platforms. Degree Educated 2:1 or above.
