The role is offered on a hybrid basis, combining office-based work in Manchester with flexible remote working.

They are paying a competitive salary of £45,000 - £90,000 annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor:
*Representing clients at Employment Tribunal hearings
*Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
*Supporting senior solicitors and partners on complex matters
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About you as an Employment Solicitor:
*Strong technical knowledge of employment legislation and tribunal procedure
*Excellent communication and drafting skills
*Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines
*Qualified Solicitor in Employment law with at least 0-4 years PQE
