The Role:
*Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates
*Building and managing candidate relationships
*Supporting senior team members on active mandates
*Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
*Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
*Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market
The Requirements:
*B2B/B2C sales experience or phone based experience
*Degree educated
*Proven track record working towards targets
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Desire to progress
