We are seeking a skilled and reliable Joiner/Carpenter to join our team, delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and construction services across various sites. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with experience in a wide range of joinery and carpentry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out general carpentry and joinery works across domestic and social housing properties

* Installing and repairing doors, frames, skirting, and other timber fixtures

* Working on responsive maintenance contracts and planned refurbishment projects

* Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence - essential for site travel

* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry/Joinery or a related discipline

* Proven experience in domestic, residential, or social housing maintenance environments

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
