Daily Duties
*Lead and contribute to architectural projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and office sectors
*Develop and coordinate design and technical proposals across multiple RIBA stages
*Produce and manage high-quality drawing and documentation packages using Revit
*Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
*Attend and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
*Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and technical requirements
*Support junior team members and collaborate closely with the wider design team
*Maintain high design and technical standards while balancing programme and commercial considerations
Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with several years of relevant professional experience
*Strong proficiency in Revit and experience working within a BIM environment
*Proven experience delivering projects within residential, commercial, industrial, or office sectors
*Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes
*Experience working across multiple RIBA work stages
*Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with clients, consultants, and contractors
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
*A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude
