Job Description:
Our client is a highly reputable organisation with multiple stunning sites across the country. They have a new requirement at their St. Helens site for a Service Manager.
Reporting into the Park Manager, the core responsibilities will be to:
*Ensure the site team consistently promote the highest standard of professional customer and consumer service.
*Working with the Park Manager to achieve sales targets through effective solving of customers and consumers needs.
*Deliver personally and through the team, all the options for all clients to make them aware of all the categories of products and services available, and assist in the development of new product ideas.
*Manage the events on site, ensuring the highest quality customer experience.
*Play a major part in account management, ensuring strong and productive relationships with referrers.
*Liaise regularly with suppliers.
*Report as required to group on bookings, finance and admin.
*Help lead and motivate a small team.
This role would suit someone that has experience at a supervisory level within the hospitality, retail or service- lead sectors. You must be commercially minded, with proven success in account management, customer relationship growth and comfortable working to targets. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, with an empathetic mindset, with the ability to lead and influence.
The company are offering a base salary of 28-30k (depending on experience) plus performance related bonuses. There is a comprehensive benefits package on offer and the role will be predominantly based onsite with some occasional travel. Parking onsite is free.
