Rotherwood Education are working closely with a secondary school in Nelson in assisting them with the recruitment of a School Receptionist. The role is full time, 8:30-3:30pm per day. You will be required to start immediately on a ongoing placement.
Duties and Responsibilities of the School Receptionist:
*Previous experience using Arbor/ SIMS software system
*Managing visitors security/sign ins
*Overseeing student absence
*Provide general administrative support
*Answering, screening and directing telephone calls
The Successful School Receptionist will:
*Need to be highly organised
*Have excellent interpersonal skills
*Act as a welcoming, professional ’face’ of the school
*Have previous school receptionist/administration experience
*Have proficient computer skills including experience with SIMS
*Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
