Dove & Hawk are partnered with a leading estate agency, who are now looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic, confident, and organised individual who wants to work in a flourishing and lucrative area.

Key Responsibilities:
*Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings
*Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
*Liaising between vendors, buyers, and solicitors, to ensure a smooth process
*Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
*Produce the relevant paperwork required.
*Managing administrative tasks
*Meeting and exceeding targets
Requirements:
*6 months+ experience is residential sales, preferably in the area.
*A full UK Driving Licence
*Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently
What’ On Offer:
*Basic Salary: £20,000 + 4-month guarantee of £30,000
*Realistic OTE for your first year: £45,000 - £50,000 (uncapped)
*Tiered commission structure; earn 10% - 15% on every deal
*Large potential bonuses linked to performance

*Working Hours: Mon-Thursday 08:50-18:30, Friday 08:50-4:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
