Job Description:
Senior Solutions Architect-Perm
Location: Hybrid – Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, London
Security Requirement: Applicants must hold active SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it (UK citizenship and 5 years’ continuous UK residence required).
Our client is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design and lead end-to-end digital solutions across government, healthcare, and purpose-driven sectors.
You will:
*Own solution design from concept through to delivery.
*Align architecture with business outcomes, technical strategy, and governance.
*Produce clear solution blueprints across business, data, application, and technology domains.
*Engage senior stakeholders and support delivery teams to implement solutions effectively.
*Ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
Role Requirements
*Proven experience performing solutions architecture responsibilities.
*Strong background in software development or technical delivery.
*Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
*Knowledge of architecture frameworks and modelling approaches.
*Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
While not essential, experience with architecture frameworks is beneficial, such as:
*TOGAF
*Zachman
*Open Agile Architecture
