About Bullion ClubBullion Club helps clients build positions in UK legal-tender gold coins and graded coins. We focus on a straightforward, education-led purchase experience, clear product positioning, and a defined exit pathway when clients want liquidity.
The roleYou will speak with warm and inbound leads, qualify suitability, and guide clients through a clear purchase process. This is a consultative sales role: calm, confident, high-trust communication with commercially minded follow-through.
You will be explaining products and process, and helping clients place orders confidently.
What you’ll do*Handle inbound enquiries and follow up leads quickly and professionally
*Run discovery calls to understand goals, budget, time horizon, and preferences
*Build and present a clear recommendation package aligned to the client’s budget
*Coordinate the purchase journey end-to-end: documents, payment, delivery or vault storage
*Keep accurate records in CRM (notes, follow-ups, next steps)
*Work to daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals
*Collaborate with ops on availability, allocations, delivery timelines, and customer updates
*Follow internal compliance processes including KYC/AML checks and record-keeping
What we’re looking forMust-haves
*1-3+ years in consultative sales (phone-based sales a strong advantage)
*Strong communication and listening skills, confident but not pushy
*Comfortable discussing pricing, time horizons, and high-value purchases with clients
*Highly organised with disciplined follow-up habits
*A track record of hitting targets with integrity
Nice-to-haves
*Experience in precious metals, collectibles, wealth, or alternative assets
*Gold coin knowledge (coins/collectibles market knowledge)
