Warehouse Operative
Duration: 5-month booking
Pay: £13 per hour

A fast-growing consumer goods company is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team during a busy seasonal period. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and an efficient after-sales service for customers across the UK and Ireland.
About the Role
You will support both warehouse activities and the after-sales service process and ensuring products are processed, prepared, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
*Register incoming packages, returns, and customer products into systems
*Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy.
*Manage shipping documentation through SAP/ShipERP, ensuring correct labels and paperwork for UK & Ireland deliveries.
*Perform cycle counts and maintain an organised, safe warehouse environment.
*Communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership to support timely order fulfilment.
*Provide support with product assessments and repairs in line with company processes.
*Assist with additional warehouse and after-sales duties as needed.
Requirements
*Confident using a PC as your primary work tool.
*Comfortable standing for extended periods.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills.
Desired Experience
*Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
*Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
*Experience using SAP/CRM systems (advantageous but not essential).
Preferred Skills
*Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
*Reliable, professional, and highly organised.
*Strong accuracy even under pressure.
*Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
*Adaptable and motivated in a fast-moving environment.
