A high-growth, privately owned business is seeking an exceptional Group Finance Director to join the Board at a pivotal stage of expansion.
Operating Internationally, the business requires a commercially astute finance leader to shape global financial strategy, strengthen governance and drive performance across multiple international entities.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will:
* Lead the Group’s financial strategy and Board reporting
* Oversee international reporting, controls and compliance
* Drive margin optimisation, working capital and operational performance
* Lead global tax, treasury and transfer pricing
* Develop and strengthen a high-performing finance function
This is a hands-on, strategic role with significant influence over the future direction of the business.
The Candidate
* ACA qualified (preferred)
* Strong experience within the manufacturing sector
* Proven track record in international, multi-entity environments
* Deep understanding of tax, treasury and cross-border compliance
* Commercially sharp with Board-level presence
