Adele Carr Recruitmentis supporting a highly respected and well-established organisation on the Wirral who are looking to appoint a qualified Commercial Accountant on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

The Role
This is a commercially focused position combining analysis, financial modelling and business partnering.
*Partnering with senior stakeholders and budget holders, providing financial insight and challenge
*Leading budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting processes
*Building and maintaining robust financial models to support planning and decision-making
*Producing clear, insightful management information and performance analysis
*Using data tools to gather, manipulate and present complex information in a meaningful way.
*Supporting strategic initiatives and ad hoc commercial analysis.
The Ideal Applicant
*Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
*Strong commercial finance experience in a stakeholder-facing role
*Advanced Excel capability and practical experience using VBA, SQL and Power BI for data extraction, automation and reporting
*Confident communicator able to present financial insight to non-finance stakeholders
*Organised, delivery-focused and comfortable working to defined timelines
