Job Description:
Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new role in a growing organisation? Would you like your next role to be one that prioritises your development? Read on! We are working with a successful local manufacturer who supplies to national household brands. They are entering into a significant phase of growth and are looking to appoint an HR Advisor who is keen to learn and develop further in the role as the company grows. Reporting to the HR Director and supporting the development of the HR Assistant you will support senior managers to advise and guide business areas with all people related queries.
What the HR Advisor role will give you:

Responsibilities as an HR Advisor:
• Work closely with your business areas on HR activities such as recruitment, training and employee relations. Guiding and supporting where appropriate.
• Using HR data to support decision making processes and drive improvements.
• Oversee the strategic workforce plan.
• Support the HR Director with strategic projects.
As an experienced HR Advisor you will have a strong knowledge of employment legislation along with confidence to work with individuals at all levels. Ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing environment previously and be CIPD L5 qualified (or working towards).
