Immediate requirement for a proactive Logistics Administrator to support end-to-end shipping and warehouse coordination for a busy operation based in Nottingham.
This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role working closely with 3PL providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure goods are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

The Role
*Coordinate goods collection, outbound shipping & cross-docking
*Liaise with 3PL partners for pickups, ETAs, and delivery updates
*Maintain shipping logs, proof of delivery (POD), and tracking records
*Monitor inbound/outbound POs and project stock levels
*Maintain accurate warehouse and logistics documentation
*Proactively escalate delays or shipment issues

The Person
*Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain admin
*Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
*Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders
*Highly organised and able to work under pressure
*Team Player
*Proactive and solutions-focused
