The Opportunity
My client is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Mortgage Adviser to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable professional who thrives in the commercial lending sector and is passionate about helping business owners, investors and property professionals secure the right funding solutions.
You will play a key role in delivering tailored advice across a wide range of commercial mortgage and property finance products, while building long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities
*Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand clients’ business needs, financial position and lending objectives.
*Provide both regulated and non-regulated advice in line with compliance requirements.
*Recommend suitable commercial mortgage and property finance products.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high service standards.
*Keep up to date with market trends, economic developments and new lending products.
*Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion, liaising with lenders and professional partners where required.


Experience & Skills Required
*Proven experience within the commercial mortgage or commercial lending sector (essential).
*Strong technical knowledge of commercial lending products and property finance structures.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and confidently.
*Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.
*Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
*Ideally degree educated or equivalent (not essential).
