We are currently supporting a fast-growing, customer-focused organisation in the search for a Remote Client Support & Operations Executive.

The Role
This position combines customer service, administration and operational coordination.

Responsibilities include:
*Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
*Resolving queries efficiently and professionally
*Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
*Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
*Monitoring cases to ensure timely resolution
*Identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements
This is not a high-volume call centre role. It is structured, organised and focused on quality service.
About You
We are interested in candidates who:
*Have experience in customer service, administration, operations or business support
*Communicate clearly and confidently
*Are highly organised and detail-focused
*Can manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy
*Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment
*Are confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office
You could come from retail head office, financial services, property, professional services, hospitality management or a contact centre background.
