An excellent newly created opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join a growing, fast-moving Leeds-based organisation in a newly created role.

The Role:
Reporting into the Management Accountant you will play a key role in supporting the month-end process, while progressively taking ownership of management accounting responsibilities as the role evolves.
Key responsibilities include:
*Assisting with the monthly management accounts production for 2 key divisions
*Accruals & prepayments
*Journal entries
*Variance analysis for 75 cost centres
*Commentary for the monthly P&L Board Pack
*Full responsibility for the end to end P&L production for one division
About You
*CIMA OR ACCA Part Qualified
*Previous experience of assisting with the management accounting process
*Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
*Self-starter who can manage their own workload
*Excellent problem-solving skills, you can add value to the process
*Excellent communicator
