German-Speaking After Sales Specialist
Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Salary: £30-35K
About the Role
I am supporting a leading global organisation with their search for a passionate German-Speaking After Sales Specialist to join their Client Experience function. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established international brand known for its high-end service offering and impressive employee culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients following their service experience, gathering valuable feedback, and working closely with internal teams to drive exceptional service standards and repeat business. You will act as a key link between clients and consultants, ensuring their experience leads to ongoing loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
*Liaise with clients via phone and email post-service to collect detailed feedback.
*Collaborate with consultants across multiple departments to develop tailored service-improvement ideas.
*Manage and respond to objections or negative feedback professionally and empathetically.
*Build strong working relationships with both sales and non-sales teams.
*Work toward achieving consistent after-sales call targets to maximise client retention.
*Support with data-driven projects using internal systems and reporting tools.
What We’re Looking For
*Fluent German and English (business level) – essential.
*Strong background in high-level customer service, ideally within a luxury or premium environment.
*Driven, target-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Resilient, confident, and comfortable handling constructive client feedback.
*Flexibility to accommodate occasional client calls outside standard working hours.
