Senior Accountant – Boutique Firm – West London
Are you a qualified accountant looking for more responsibility at a well-established firm in West London
Our client is a Boutique firm that has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, professional, and forward-thinking financial services to a wide range of businesses. Their approach is designed to support businesses not only with compliance requirements but also with improving performance and achieving sustainable growth. The firm works with a diverse client base ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to more established organisations.
Senior Accountant responsibilities include:
*Managing a team of up to 5 staff
*Overseeing the preparation and filing of statutory accounts and CT600’s, dealing with all high-level queries and Client liaison
*Overseeing and managing VAT returns
*Overseeing/preparing management accounts
*Tracking turnaround time and WIP for your team
*Carrying out 6 monthly appraisals of your team
*Overseeing and dealing with the queries relating to the preparation of the annual SA100 and track filings and billings
As a Senior Accountant, you will be/have:
*Qualified or QBE Accountant with at least of 5-years’ experience in practice
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Excellent communication and client management skills
*The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
