Semi Senior Accountant
Spalding (office-based)
£25,000 - £35,000

The practice combines traditional values with modern cloud-based technology, to deliver a personalised service to its clients.
Role Requirements
*Preparing accounts using a balance sheet approach for a varied client portfolio.
*Engaging with clients to provide support and advice, enhancing your CPD opportunities.
*Working with cloud-based accounting software and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
*Collaborating with colleagues in a positive team environment, contributing to practice initiatives and meetings.
*Assisting with internal projects and process improvements.
Personal Requirements
*Minimum of three years’ experience in a UK accounting practice.
*Proficient in preparing accounts and comfortable with balance sheet accounting.
*Experience with Xero or similar accounting software preferred (training provided if required).
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
