Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established construction company based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused professional who enjoys taking ownership of project costings and contributing to successful project delivery.

Working closely with the Operations Director, you will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders, managing project budgets, and supporting a wide range of construction projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
*Preparing accurate cost estimates, project budgets, and cost plans
*Managing the tender process and producing competitive quotations
*Conducting risk assessments and value engineering reviews
*Collaborating with commercial and operational teams
*Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
*Taking ownership of the cost planning process for project proposals
*Attending site visits when required
Requirements
*Previous experience working as an Estimator within the UK construction sector
*Experience managing tenders and producing detailed cost estimates
*Background working with a main contractor or cost consultancy
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Full UK driving licence
