Your new role will be working for a leading Facilities company who are looking to onboard a Multi Skilled Painter within their estates team.
Your new role
*Carry out internal and external painting, decorating, and surface finishing to a high professional standard.
*Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, priming, and sealing to ensure long-lasting results.
*Apply a variety of finishes such as gloss, emulsion, varnish, stains, and specialist coatings.
*Perform touch-ups and remedial work after repairs or installations.
*Assist with basic repairs to walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures (e.g., plaster patching, minor joinery, sealant work).
*Support wider facilities maintenance tasks as required, including minor plumbing or carpentry tasks depending on skill level.
*Identify defects in the building fabric and report or repair them where appropriate.
*Follow all company and site-specific H&S procedures, including safe use of ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment.
*Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of paints, solvents, and hazardous materials.
*Complete necessary paperwork including risk assessments, job sheets, and compliance records.
What you’ll need to succeed
For this role you will need;
- NVQ in Painting
- Previous experience working within a commercial setting
- Multi skilled in various trades
