Job Description:
Now Hiring: Field Operations Control OfficerWe’re looking for a detail-focused, proactive team player to join our Field Operations team! If you’re great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and want a role that genuinely makes a difference in keeping communities safe - this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do*Schedule and manage tasks for Field Monitoring Officers
*Make sure monitoring equipment is correctly assigned
*Support field teams with queries and updates
*Log leave and absence information
*Spot and report any curfew breaches
*Handle calls and complete end-of-shift handovers
*Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partner agencies
Hours & Working Pattern*Shifts between 9am to 5.30pm
*Monday to Friday
*First 4-6 weeks fully on-site in Warrington, then move to 2 days in the office a week
*2-week in-person training provided
What We’re Looking For*Strong communication skills
*Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination
*Confident working under pressure
*Good with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
*Customer-focused and adaptable
