Responsibilities
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for...
*Proactively managing debtor accounts to ensure timely payment
*Monitor aged debt reports, identify risks, and escalate concerns in line with internal procedures
*Support the implementation and monitoring of payment plans wheere necessary
*Be a part of billing procedures, such as invoicing, monthly billing cycles, and reconciliations
*Deal with queries in a professional manner
Requirements
As a Credit Controller, you will need...
*Previous experience in Credit Control
*Excel and Accounting systems knowledge
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
